Nate Miyaki is a lean, mean (although really, he’s quite nice) training machine. For the last 12 years, he’s run a private training practice in San Francisco. Here, he’s trained a variety of athletes, but the bulk of his clientele has been busy professionals. In addition, Nate serves as a consultant to a variety of corporate wellness programs, guest speaking and designing company-wide health and fitness initiatives.
Nate has appeared in Men’s Health, Muscle & Fitness, T-Nation, bodybuilding.com, and several other popular fitness blogs. He’s even penned two books within the health & fitness genre. For the trivia fans out there, Nate was a professional wrestler and stunt/acrobatics instructor with All Pro Wrestling and Pro Wrestling Iron.
“The Road Warrior” was created to solve a common problem among busy professionals: create convenient and efficient exercise programs while at home, or on the road (where equipment and space is often limited).
This particular pack is a mix of bodyweight routines and martial arts conditioning drills—the very same routines that Nate has utilized in creating hundreds of “hotel workouts” for his private clients.
Nate is only scared of three things in life: snakes, port-o-potties and belly fat. He hopes his partnership with GAIN Fitness can help rid the world of at least one of them.
